Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should hold a doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) or a senior academic position (Associate Professor or above) at a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of post-doctoral research or academic publication experience required.

What is Expected
Board members are expected to review 2–4 manuscripts per year within their domain, provide constructive feedback, and uphold IEEESEM's publication ethics policy. Time commitment is approximately 3–5 hours per review.
