Everything you need to publish your research in IEEESEM — from manuscript preparation and submission to peer review, publication, and post-publication services. We're committed to making your publication journey as smooth as possible.
Follow these five stages to successfully publish your research in IEEESEM. Our editorial helpdesk is available at every step.
IEEESEM welcomes four types of scholarly contributions. Each undergoes the same rigorous double-blind peer review process.
Follow these preparation steps carefully. Papers that do not meet our standards are returned without review, which delays your publication timeline.
Every submitted manuscript must contain the following sections in the order specified. Use the IEEESEM template to ensure correct formatting throughout.

Electronic supplementary material can add significant dimension to your published article — conveying information that cannot be effectively printed or is best experienced in digital form. IEEESEM accepts a wide range of supplementary file types to be hosted online alongside your published paper.
After completing your online manuscript submission, email your supplementary files to ieeesem.journal@gmail.com, quoting your assigned Paper-ID in the subject line. Our editorial team will link the materials to your published article.
IEEESEM is built on a foundation of author-first publishing. You retain full intellectual rights to your research — we only ask for publishing rights to disseminate your work globally.
