No. The $60 USD fee is completely all-inclusive. It covers peer review processing, editorial work, online publication, DOI assignment, Google Scholar indexing, 20+ database indexing, EOI certificate issuance for all authors, and permanent archival. There are no additional page charges, colour figure charges, open-access surcharges, or any other hidden costs at any stage.
After completing your PayPal payment, forward the PayPal receipt to ieeesem.journal@gmail.com with your Paper ID in the subject line. For wire/bank transfers, email the transfer confirmation receipt along with your Paper ID and paper title. You will receive a payment acknowledgement from the editorial team within 24 business hours confirming that your registration is complete.
The publication fee is charged in US Dollars (USD). The amount is $60.00 USD. If you are paying via PayPal, the amount will be converted to your local currency at PayPal's prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment. For wire transfers, your bank will apply the applicable exchange rate. IEEESEM does not charge any additional currency conversion fees.
Yes. Any author or co-author may make the payment. What matters is that the correct Paper ID is entered during the payment process so the transaction is linked to the correct manuscript. After payment, email the receipt to ieeesem.journal@gmail.com with the Paper ID and the name of the corresponding author for proper recording.
If payment is received but the camera-ready manuscript is not submitted by the deadline for the current issue, your paper will be carried forward to the next monthly edition — provided the camera-ready version is submitted before that issue's deadline. Your registration fee remains valid; no re-payment is required. Contact the editorial office to confirm the updated schedule.
Publication fees are generally non-refundable once editorial processing has commenced. If you need to withdraw your paper after payment, please contact the editorial office immediately at ieeesem.journal@gmail.com. Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of processing. Withdrawals before camera-ready submission may be considered for partial or full refund at editorial discretion.
